Q: What are your rental rates and what’s included?
A: Rates depend on the car model and rental duration. All packages include 3rd party insurance and 24/7 roadside assist
Pickup & Return
Q: How do pickup and return work?
A: For rentals under 3 days, pick up your car at our office during business hours. For rentals over 3 days, we offer delivery (charges depend on location). Return the car at the agreed time — late returns & outside office hour will incur extra charges.
Additional Fees & Deposits
Q: Are there any extra fees or deposits?
A: A security deposit may be required. Extra charges apply for add-ons like Touch n Go Card, Fuel, Delivery & Pickup, Phone Holder, GPS, child seats, or additional drivers.
Driver Requirements
Q: Who can rent and drive the car?
A: Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid local or international driver’s license. Additional drivers can be added for a free.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Q: What’s your cancellation and refund policy?
A: Full refund is guaranteed for cancellations made at least 1 week before the rental date. No refund for late cancellations, late pickup, or early return.
Roadside Assistance
Q: Do you offer roadside help if something happens?
A: Yes, 24/7 roadside assistance is available for any emergency or breakdown.
Maintenance & Safety
